These nets are entirely made of UV stabilised polyethylene monofilament. The nets available have various kind of meshes in order to optimise the different harvesting methods of olives and fruits. Every net is suitable for a different application such as natural falling harvesting, hand harvesting or mechanised harvesting. The nets are available in different weights and colours and can be supplied in rolls or in sheets already stitched together with or without central vent.Olive collection net are used not only for the olive harvest, but also to gather chestnuts, nuts and deciduous fruits in general.

- Q:ok well last night while i was cooking i somehow managed to melt some plastic which gave off fumes obviously. As soon as i notices my flatmates and I opened all the windows etc and removed the plastic but inevitably she inhaled some the fumes. we was in there for about 10 minutes max sorting it out. I know that it is not good for you with the the chemicals released but how bad will 10 minutes be???? also take into account this was like 12 hours ago too thanks
- This is not good at all. Most plastics give off chlorine gas when submitted to open flames. Airplanes the crash and burn give off plastic fumes in the form of chlorine gasses and are more likely to kill the passengers then the crash. My daughter walk through some burning plastic from a bon fire a neighbor made, she passed out from lack of Oxygen, she was rushed to the ER and given air. She had asthma very bad but never thought about the fumes from plastic. It's not always the fire that kills but the fumes (gasses) that it gives off.

- In general, wood is cheap and easily assembled, metal is strong and very durable, plastic can have a great range of specialized properties for different uses and is light weight. On the downside - wood rots and is prone to failure at places of connection, steel rusts, is very heavy, and often costly, plastic isn't as strong, can be costly, doesn't always perform well under temperature load. For a clock, you'd want metal for the precision parts (gears, moving stuff), and plastic for the housing/face.

- well I suppose it depends on WHICH plastic apparatus you are speaking of if it were medical like a catheter or syringe I would want it sterilized after manufacture and before use
