- You should have a small metal plate that is riveted into the rear transom that will tell you what the max. capacity, persons and weight. If this is absent, I would answer the question by saying that if your boat is of the John boat variety, (square front end) and pretty shallow sides, I would think twice about 2 large people that weigh 225+. If your boat is of the deep-V variety with deeper sides, then two people with gear would probably be fine. Any way you look at it, a 10 boat is a maximum of twp persons.

A home oven is waaay too cool for that. As for sticking, that depends on whether the foil is touching your patties and how much, as well as which ingredients you used in the patties since some will carmelize or dry out onto the foil but only where they contacted. You can always tent or make a dome with the foil so it doesn't touch any of the food though if you're concerned. Not sure why you'd be covering falafels though, since that will steam them (at least partly) not bake, them and therefore not create a crispy exterior.

- I have a large aluminum pressure cooker that I have owned and used often for over 25 years. It's never given me a bit of trouble. I do not cook really acidic things in it (which is what will cause pitting of the aluminum). If the largest size is the one in aluminum, I think it may be possible that it's not in stainless steel because of the weight issue. The aluminum pot and lid are quite heavy even when empty, and when they are full of food, it's difficult to move the full pot. The instructions for mine said to move the pot from the stove-top to a sink of cold water to reduce pressure instantly. So mostly, I don't carry the pot when full; I leave it on the stove-top and simply remove the pressure-weight (the jiggler) while wearing a oven mitt, when I need to reduce the pressure instantly. - Q:Hi I am getting a laptop pretty soon and have pretty much decided on a Mac. But really a white macbook is $1150, and aluminum is $1400. And just so no one says this, the white one is updated with all the same hardware(Advanced graphics, etc.) I want to get it asap so the $250 would mean about 2 months longer which would kind of be a drag. - There is no difference between the plastic/aluminum on the inside at all except for the firewire port, and some of the aesthetic differences (the aluminum one just looks cooler in my opinion, the lcd is behind the glass panel, the trackpad is made of glass too, and the battery meter is on the side, not underneath like the white macbook). Firewire is IEEE 1394, it's like USB but not used as much except with high-speed external hard drives and digital video cameras (which can be used with video editing software on Macs). It is faster than USB.
