1.Structure of Coated Embossed Aluminum Coils for coil storages 3105, H44

Coated & embossed aluminum coils are widely used in refrigerators, ice-boxes, cold storage, freezer, decorations, etc.

Normally we coat PE, PVDF, or other paint according to customers’ requirements on surface of base coils (3105, H44, etc.). Specification of our stucco embossed and color coated aluminium coils: thickness 0.2-0.6mm, width less than 1600mm. As for coating, we normally use PVDF coating, PE coating, etc. We can adjust coating as per customers’ requirements.

Stucco embossed and coated aluminum sheets have more advantages than normal aluminium coils. They look more beautiful and better at strength and rigidity than normal aluminum coils.

As the EU prepares for premiums to rise yet higher before the traditional summer slowdown, there's plenty of news about aluminium elsewhere in the world. Take Vietnam, whose runaway economy means production and consumption of the metal is growing dramatically.

Vietnam braces itself for increasing aluminium demand

Nguyen Van Thu, the president of the Vietnam Association of Mechanical Industry, commented: "Our figures show that aluminium consumption in Vietnam has been increasing by 15-20% annually. It is used in many of our most important industries and industrial applications". As a result Sapa Ben Thanh Aluminum Profiles Company, based in Ho Chi Minh City, is doubling its production capacity at its joint venture in Vietnam in 2015, investing in a second, larger extrusion press to increase their product range.

Aluminium tipped to usurp nickel in the next price war

Not so long ago Indonesia sparked a nickel price war, putting in place a supply-led export ban that saw the price of the metal increase by more than 40%. As you can imagine it gave the nickel industry a very nasty shock. But there's more... the shock waves could be set to continue if expert industry analyses are correct, with aluminium following suit in 2014 and an equivalent squeeze on aluminium supplies. So what's the story?

UAE takes the lead

At the same time the United Arab Emirates is firming up its reputation as an emerging force in the international aluminium industry, making moves into European markets as revealed at the tenth annual Metef International Aluminium Exhibition in Italy during June. November 2014 is another important date in the region's calendar, with Aluminium Bahrain B.S.C hosting the next International Arab Aluminium Conference in November this year, in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The show's theme says it all: GCC: An aluminium power house. And it's a worldwide affair, expected to attract 700 or more delegates from every sector and every corner of the world.

Q:helicopters rotorblades are made of honeycombed aluminum to give them strength, so isn't it a good idea for automakers to use the same technology to strengthen the frames of autos to make them lesslikely to cave in during a side impact auto accident?
Cost is everything - if they get enough design margin from a single sheet that is the choice. Especially in fabrication costs. Besides cars are designed to crumple and a honeycomb structure may be too strong to dissipate crash forces as the body deforms in an accident. Aerospace uses that structure for light-weigh performance and can literally eat the extra cost.
Q:The export aluminum volume is CIF. If there is no insurance policy, how will the customs premium be collected?
The customs will not charge your premium the premium you can write but if you are a refund if there will be some impact because of the tax rebate minus the freight and insurance premium so you consider the premium but you can write less Never mind if you need shipping or shipping insurance declaration business can contact me oh
Q:aluminium plate - 1800mm x 950mm x 1.5mmprocesses - i) sandblasting ii) polyethylene coating iii) matt blastingWhy does aluminium plate warp after the first process? How to prevent warping? Other than increasing material thickness (weight issue)
If you can, try and get ceramic plates, they are sooooooo much better than titanium or aluminum because they don't cause as much damage to your hair. But, if you have to choose between titanium or aluminum, go with titanium. The only thing aluminum will do for your hair is fry it and give it split ends. Please don't waste your money on a straightener with alumium plates, :)
Q:Why does fillet appear when rolling aluminum coil?
How thick and wide is it when there is such problem? Which is the rolling pass? And what is the type of the rolling mill? The simple 4 rollers or CVC and HC rolling mill with roller control. Does the filler appear in rolling or out of roller? Different thickness will lead to different analysis.
Q:94 f150. have the stock wheels which are weathered and dull. whats a good way to bring the shine back? some of the original coating is there ,most is gone. tried mothers aluminum wheel polish, does nothing. is it wise to use a wire wheel in a drill to get down to just the aluminum? the wheels are those with the center plastic cap with holes around the outer edge.thanks for any info
I am not sure if you can sand them down an put a clear coat on them? I can say this is why you see older vehicles with plasti-dip coatings, to cover up the dings, curb rash and peeling clear coat, and the cost is lower than replacement. List your city and state. In my area there is wheel specialty shop that does tig welding repairs and will do a factory refinish. Look for one of those places. Or buy new rims and sell the old ones online.
Q:I am a college student living in a private apartment and I use up lots of aluminium foils to cook and eat. I use aluminium foils as plates because I am too lazy to clean plates. I want to know how environment-unfriendly i am for doing so. How bad am I compared to the guy who keeps on drinking from cans without recycling them?
Are you recycling them? If so it could be quite interseting as you are not using detergent and water to wash up? Who knows? How bad do you feel? I imagine that it's not great in the big scheme of things as re-using is the best option before re-cycling.
Q:We want to buy an AirBake insulated aluminum pizza pan. What is insulated aluminum? We want to make sure that it is not something toxic like the non-stick material on pans.
AirBake is available either natural (just plain aluminum) or nonstick, which is coated with a similar material to other nonstick cookware. What's insulated about it is this: The pan is actually two layers separated by an air pocket. If you put it directly over a heating element, the lower layer heats the air inside, which heats the upper layer. A single-ply aluminum sheet will get very hot and tend to burn the pizza, because it absorbs radiant energy from the element more quickly than the pizza can conduct it away. The insulating air layer slows down the heat transfer and helps to keep your pizza from burning. So if you prefer non-non-stick cookware, get the AirBake Natural line.
Q:Is aluminum silicate roll felt the same as aluminum silicate acupuncture blanket?
No, the unit weight of aluminum silicate fiber felt is greater than that of aluminum silicate acupuncture blanket. Both are thermal insulation and fire-proof material and have the same function.
Q:If this is true then how do I take my aluminums temperature without fear of breaking the themometer and get mercury all over it?
Yes, mercury corrodes aluminium. For this reason you're not allowed to carry it in your luggage on aircraft, in case it leaks and weakens the fuselage. If you rub it on an aluminium surface, it gets hot and reacts with the hard oxide coating that normally protects aluminium from further oxidation. If you try this experiment, wash your hands thoroughly afterwards, clean up any spilt mercury and use plenty of ventilation.
Q:And what are the advantages/disadvantages of steel aluminum in building cars?Which would be better for building cars?
Similarities - They are both metals, conduct electricity and heat and deform elastically then plastically. Difference - every mechanical property there is! Density, elastic modulus (stiffness), strength and hardness are all higher for steel. But, for building cars it is about design, weight, forming, manufacturing, joining and cost. Better depends on what you are trying to acheive - cost or weight saving - and there is not a hard and fast rule as to which metal helps which. Have a look at either the Jaguar S type which is aluminium (as is the Audi A6). Most Ford cars are still steel (as are Renault). Check out the crash test results.
