Q:im doing a project on hybrid cars and i need to nowthanks
Toyota uses prismatic NiMH modules from Panasonic. Each module consists of six 1.2 V cells connected in series. The module has a nominal voltage of 7.2 V, capacity of 6.5 Ah, weighs 1.04 kg, and has dimensions of 19.6mm(W) x 106mm(H) x 275mm(L). The Pack The Toyota Prius II battery stack consists of 38 prismatic NiMH modules connected in series. It delivers a nominal 273.6 Volts and has a 6.5 Ah capacity. The modules are stacked side by side and then compressed together in a rigid, non-expandable structure that prevents expansion from internal pressures. The complete battery pack consists of the battery stack, enclosure for structural support and airflow, battery electronic control unit/monitor, relays and safety switch. The weight of the complete battery pack is 53.3 kg. The pack is horizontally positioned in the boot of the vehicle partially under the back seat. Power electronics (inverter, DC-AC converter) are under the bonnet and a blower for moving air and associated air ducts are in the boot. Discharge power capability of the Prius pack is around 20 kW at 50% SOC with regenerative capability of 14.5 kW at 2C. The power capability increases with higher temperatures and decreases at lower temperatures. Active thermal management can improve power capability at lower temperatures.
Q:I have the original wii remote and the batteries dies to quickly and I want to know if bying the battery pack worth it. Basicly I'm asking will it work with my original wii remote. Thank You.
Yes. HOWEVER, when you buy a Wii-specific charger make sure you get the Energizer Induction Charger. Every other charger will stop working after a while (i.e. become stale). I've used up about five battery packs over the years before this one. It's different from the other chargers because it charges the remote wirelessly through induction (if you don't know what that is, don't worry. You'll learn it in grade nine science). Every other charger uses a physical contact, meaning that the battery contacts stick out. After a while, they start rusting which prevents them from working You might even want to consider getting regular rechargeable batteries. They work with the Wii Remote, and you can use them for other things too. They also tend to be more reliable. Just a thought
Q:I have a d-boys m4 and it came with a 9.4 volt 1100 battery . my question is that can Get a better battery to work in my gun that will raise the shots per minute and possibly the fps mainly the shots per minute without messing up my gun. Thank You All Very Much (P.S.) my gun has a battery box and if possible could you give me a link
True okorder
Q:I think it's impossible! This is surely a stupid question, it just doesn't explain it anywhere. Are they stuck in there?
There is no XBOX 360 battery port. Do you mean on the controller or quick charge kit?
Q:Can I convert a 11.1V 2200mAh 25C Li-Poly Battery Pack Deans with Deans Female to Small Tamiya Female to work with a stock M249 or with this burnout my motor?
You can build an adapter for practically anything. Whether the motor burns out depends on the battery you use, not the connector. They are two separate issues. If the motor is going to be burned out by the 11.1V 2200mAh 25C Li-Poly Battery Pack, then it will get burned out whether you use Deans or Tamiya connector. Having said that, the question is whether the Tamiya will be able to handle the current that the motor draws (without heating up and melting. That depends on a lot of factors, such as how much current the motor will draw, what kind of wires you are using, what kind of gears you are using, etc. Sometimes, that just requires trial and error.
Q:I'm building a circuit and I have no idea how electronics work. I want it to be roughly a 9 volt circuit. can i use a whole bunch of 1.5 volt rechargable batteries in series to get up to 9v or do i have to use a 9v battery?
The barcode is the only important bit. The rest is safe to mark up.
Q:I want to put 4 AA NiCad or NimH batteries in a holder (Radio Shack 270-383) and connect two set of positive and negative leads. One to a DC Power Jack (Radio Shack 274-1565) for when the battery pack needs to be recharged and the other to a DC Power Plug (Radio Shack 274-1567) for when I want to use their power. Will this work?
It sounds a little scary to me. get the book getting started in electronics, they used to have it at radio shack for $5 or so Then get a multimeter and learn how to use it. In the mean time don't plug anything into the wall, unless it goes through a transformer first that takes the voltage way down. It should say like 250milliamps and 5 volts maybe. Then its ok to play.
Q:I have an 1st gen i-pod shuffle and I've been looking on OKorder for a new battery (which requires soldering) but they also sell battery packs. Will a battery pack rejuvenate a dead battery or is it just used for extending the life of a good battery?
challenging thing. check out using yahoo. that can assist!
Q:I am building an Xbox 360 Laptop, and obviously it can't always be plugged in :P. Where would I be able to find a rechargeable battery to kick out at least 175W, 12V, and 42A (DC current)? Ideas and suggestions are also welcome!
You will not find one tp fit any machine. this is far too high a load . In act the only batteries capable of this kind of output would be lead acid, as in small car batteries. I don't think they will fit in the case. And can not be safely carried due to acid spillage risks.
Q:DC screen maintenance-free lead-acid battery pack how to charge, discharge?
Commonly used rechargeable batteries In addition to lithium batteries, the lead-acid battery is also very important to a battery system. The advantage of the lead-acid battery is that the electromotive force is stable when discharging, and the disadvantage is that the energy (energy per unit weight) is small and corrosive to the environment is strong. Lead battery operating voltage is stable, the use of temperature and the use of a wide range of current, can charge and discharge hundreds of cycles, storage performance (especially for dry storage), low cost, and thus widely used.
