PVDF(fluorine-carbon) Coating
PVDF(fluorine-carbon) coating :made of fluorine carbon resin, pigment, ester solvent, after high temperature roasting and baking, the paint is solidified to dry film with super weather resistance. PVDF coating also can be classified as traditional PVDF and nanometer PVDF coating.
A．Traditional PVDF Coating, with KYNAR500 PVDF, two or three times for coating and baking, has good properties of anti-acid, anti-alkali and is durable in atrocious weather and environment, keeping 15 years no unwonted fading. In view of these facts, we recommend this panel applied for external wall cladding.

- I have built from both aluminum and steel. It sounds interesting and I would suggest using the fiberglass set up as all the clearances are set so you could just bond it to the aluminum. You can bond a fiberglass structure to aluminum by both bolting it up and bedding it down with something like 3M 5200.

- The aluminum is encased in the stainless steel, usually as a thick disk in the bottom. It is an excellent conductor of heat and holds the heat well once it gets hot. All you see is the stainless, none of the aluminum because it's between two layers of stainless in the bottom of the pots. You are right, you don't want food cooked in straight aluminum, some metal taste can transfer to certain foods. That won't happen with stainless.

Do not open the oven or try to cool it down. Simply dial down the thermostat. If the cake looks too brown cover it with a piece of aluminium foil. Have fun! Avoid cracks...don't overcook the cake!
