A loader is a type of tractor, usually wheeled, sometimes on tracks, that has a front-mounted square wide bucket connected to the end of two booms (arms) to scoop up loose material from the ground, such as dirt, sand or gravel, and move it from one place to another without pushing the material across the ground. A loader is commonly used to move a stockpiled material from ground level and deposit it into an awaiting dump truck or into an open trench excavation.
The loader assembly may be a removable attachment or permanently mounted. Often the bucket can be replaced with other devices or tools—for example, many can mount forks to lift heavy pallets or shipping containers, and a hydraulically opening "clamshell" bucket allows a loader to act as a light dozer or scraper. The bucket can also be augmented with devices like a bale grappler for handling large bales of hay or straw.
In construction areas loaders are also used to transport building materials - such as bricks, pipe, metal bars, and digging tools - over short distances.
Front loaders are commonly used to remove snow especially from sidewalks, parking lots, and other areas too small for using snowplows and other heavy equipment. They are sometimes used as snowplows with a snowplow attachment but commonly have a bucket or snowbasket, which can also be used to load snow into the rear compartment of a snowplow or dump truck.
High-tip buckets are suitable for light materials such as chip, peat and light gravel and when the bucket is emptied from a height.

- Yes easy. The blitz can hold just about any loader you have. And if your feedneck doesn't work you can replace it with any ion threaded feedneck.

- There are engineering efficiency concerns, as a front loader can be able to wash with less water. I suppose you could care about the door and the ballast, but that's a bit different.

- Not really, the Prophecy has already been proven to work better than the Rotor. It's really fan boys like myself that say Rotors are better. I know Prophecy's work better but I'm too much of a fan boy to get it instead of the Rotor. It's lighter, just as fast, just as durable. Although I do give the Rotor the looks IMO but definitely the battery life. Prophecy gets the great price. only 100 dollars. So I would really say get the Prophecy. But if you want to pay more for looks and better battery life get the Rotor. Both good quality but I think the Prophecy is still better than the Rotor. Empire has been making loaders for a longer time so it's obvious they know how to make a great loader and be able to put it for a cheaper price.
- Q:Im going to get one for deer hunting and am wondering if I should get .45 caliber or .50 caliber and how much powder I should use btw this is a flintlock.
- FORGET FLINTLOCKS!!! get an inline that uses 209 primers. This is far more dependable try traditions buckstalker. easy to care for and you don't need two types of powder as with flintlock.
- Q:I accidentally did a very stupid thing at the range the other day actually fired two loads stacked on top of one another. (120 grains of powder, 240 grain sabot then another 120 grains of powder and another 240 grain sabot on top) I checked the gun (a Knight disc elite) out really well afterward and there was no apparent damage. I know Im lucky nothing bad happened. I dont think the second load of powder would have ignited but don't really know. It kicked like a mule. What do I need to do to make sure the gun is still in safe operating condition?
- shoot it loaders are tough ok thanks
- Q:I see places like Detroit or Chicago with all the ghetto violence and I think to myself quot;I know half these people don't work so how the heck do they keep multiplying?quot;. If the government didn't give lazy good for nothings money, this little gang problem in the hood would sort itself out. Stop giving them money or only give them enough to support one or two kids and they will either do what you say and get their act together or they won't listen and they will starve to death and become homeless. Either way will solve the problem but as long as you keep giving them free money the problem will get worse. Also, if they don't work they can at least do some community service for their welfare money
- Its all about votes. Keep a populace uneducated and dependent on a side of the government and you have voters for life. But educate those people and promote self reliance, self respect, and personal responsability and those people start thinking for themselves realizing that that same welfare side has no interest in helping them. But like another said. The honest way to deal with poverty and gang violence is let them kill themselves and starve to death. You put their fate in their own hands, some might die because of it but by their own hands. Many will eventually rise out of it through adapting and altering themselves to fit the rest of societies needs. You have to give them the choice of life and death and the way to either is their own hands. Its the natural order, adapt or die.
- Q:I just installed the new Ubuntu 7.10 on my 2nd hard drive, xp is on my main hard drive. The install went fine, but when the computer boots up it goes right to windows and completely ignores Ubuntu on my other drive. When I tried the last version of Ubuntu it installed some kind of loader that would let me select which OS I wanted to install....what did I do wrong here?
- Where did you tell it to load the boot loader, you should have chosen the master boot record, if not your machine can't see grub. Do a re-install, ask for a clean install over this one, select mbr when requested.

- in the 1920s to 1940s there were a lot of octagon barreled .22s being made. See, it was cheaper to make them octagon than to make them perfectly round. we will need to know more about the gun before we can tell you how old it is. for starters, what kind of breech loader is it? Is it a hinge action single shot, lever action, falling block, trap door, pump action? a picture would be a great help, as would any numbers and words stamped on the gun
