WK series excavators are used for open-pit mines. They have been developed through a combination of years of successful experience in the manufacturing of mining shovels and the adoption of advanced technology in design, processing, and manufacturing from home and abroad. They are suitable both for stripping and excavating open-pit coal mines, iron mines and ferro-metal mines.
Our WK series excavators feature such state-of-the-art technology as three-dimensional imitation and definite circle analysis. They perform well and can be used effectively according to users’ requirements in combination with various haul trucks and crush stations for higher loading and lower production costs.
Our excavators’ electric system uses a rectifier/regeneration common DC bus-bar and variable frequency speed adjustment system. The electric control, with PLC at its core, is a 3-stage system of up-position monitoring, field bus and frequency variable speed control. It causes not disturbance to the power grid, allowing a wider range of power voltage fluctuation and high power factor. The system is loaded with software to optimize the dig/cut curve and automatically optimize the hoist and dig power distribution. The system automatically troubleshoots, displays status, and calculates electric power. This system has the advantages of state-of-the-art technology, reliable operation, high transmission efficiency and low power consumption. Our WK-55 excavators are designed to be used in combination with mining trucks with a capacity of 220MT to 363MT.

- Q:My neighbors are using my driveway to unload equipment into their backyard. The reason they are using my driveway is because their house blocks all of their backyard from the road so they are using my driveway to unload excavator and backhoe to dig up their backyard.My mom drove down the driveway this morning and they workers had their truck parked in our driveway. He moved it right away but I still think this is not very polite.I don't mind them using my driveway but no one has asked or said anything to me. I was wondering what I should do?I was thinking about making the owners sign a contract saying that they know they dont own the property that they are using but can use it as long as I say so.
- Understand that your neighbor may not have told them that it was okay for your driveway to be used. I have had work done on my home in the past and you would not believe what the workers did without asking - everything from parking in my neighbor's driveway to using my neighbor's hose because it was more convenient to get to than mine. You should definitely have a talk with your neighbor. Heavy equipment like backhoes and excavators can damage your driveway. I would start the conversation by saying The men working on your house have been using my driveway to unload their heavy equipment. Would you please ask your contractor to speak with his men and tell them not to use my driveway. I am concerned about the risk of damage and don't want to take a chance that my driveway will be ruined. Thanks. I appreciate your help. That is exactly how my neighbor handled the situation and I was very appreciative that he let me know this was happening. I didn't know what the workers were doing because I was at work while the job was being done. I talked to my contractor and the problem was resolved. Good luck!
- Q:I have leopard geckos and I usually use excavator clay substrate to make tunnels and caves. They really enjoy it.. I've never encountered a problem with it at all, only that it is pretty pricey. What can I use that will be like the excavator? Can I use clay from the ground (my whole yard is practically clay)? If so would how would it dry? Or, can I order clay online and use that? I plan on making the landscape in the tank (20 gallon long). (Im only asking if I can use clay!) I use excavator and sand now. I'm not looking to buy excavator either :)I appreciate any help! :)
- If it's a lower price, I suspect you can get the kind of clay used to make pottery. I'd hesitate to use clay from your yard. If you do, sterilize it well, and then make sure it has approximately the structural properties of the excavator clay. Though I suspect clay is *much* safer for leos than sand.
- Q:I am interested in buying a mini excavator what kind of trailer ,the excavator will weigh about 5500lbs give or take to modle i get. will my 250 be able to tow this. ill have to get a trailer break system put in. It has a 7 prong connector but theres nothing for braking in it if i am correct?its a 2004 Ford 250 super duty would a regular car trailer work? i don't know how much they can hold.

- You need to do an OHS course..Occupational Health and Safety course, and also be a member of the union before being allowed on site. Construction has slowed down, many workers in NSW have been layed off.

- Q:We built our own house two years ago and moved in April 2008. We had the excavators back-fill after inspections. Since then the soil has been settling down to the point now I can see the top of the tar on the foundation. How long does this continue? It seems to have slowed down this past year, but it has messed up my plans of planting around my house. I want to put more dirt around the foundation to build it back up where it is suppose to be, but then I'd have to wait on that to settle. That is a lot of dirt. I'm debating on doing it myself or have the excavator come back in and do it for me.
- Although the ground never finishes settling most settling will occur in the first 4 years. I suggest you fill in with dirt now and then again next season. Planting will help bind the dirt and can be started after this first fill.
